GRG is delighted to announce the acquisition of UK based Greenway Environmental, along with freehold land in Liverpool (North West) and Hinckley (Midlands) respectively where the business operates Waste Transfer Stations.

Greenway Environmental is a market leader in the collection, processing and disposal of hazardous waste, servicing clients that include blue chips, SMEs and waste operators. Specialist services provide laboratory and technical consultations to help customers dispose of all types of hazardous waste. More recently Greenway Environmental has expanded its service offering to include other forms of general waste disposal under its ‘Total Waste Management (TWM) division; this part of the business continues to grow at a rapid pace.

The company’s diverse range of disposal outlets across the UK and internationally ensures it can provide its customers with unrivalled service solutions for their waste. Greenway Environmental is revered for its best in class customer service, value for money and excellence in technical compliance.

Dave Collis, Director and part of the incumbent management at Greenway Environmental, will join the GRG UK team as Commercial Director to develop the business nationwide.
